			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Yesterday though I did not post I did do my workout as pinned on my calendar. This might be the case on days when I just don&#8217;t feel up to writing a blog entry or days that I simply forget to do so. Though some good news about all this is that&#8230; this blog might be the first blog that sticks around for a rather long time, and stays active! <img src='http://bleautech.co.cc/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif' alt=':D' class='wp-smiley' />  I say this because I have been known to jump around a little bit on the internet (from host to host). Now that I am hosting the site from my very own host&#8230; it can&#8217;t get any better! Now instead of worrying about when my host is going to try to charge me again I can worry about making blog posts&#8230; (even though WordPress.com does not charge you for the simply things&#8230; I do like to have my own plugins).</p>
<p>Yesterday I did a Cross Training; I was on the bike for thirty two mins. That workout was ok at the start then got progressively harder till it dropped off at the end&#8230; but man in the middle I could feel the heat! xD While I was on the bike Jenny (my step sister) and I watched a movie. Don&#8217;t ask me what movie&#8230; can&#8217;t remember most of it. Even though I distinctly remember talking a lot though it and biking like a mad man.</p>
<p>Today I was downstairs on the treadmill while tori (half sister) was on the WII playing one of her games and while my mom biked (her ankle is acting up along with her knee are acting up so she is sticking to biking for now). I ran for 1 min after a 4 min walk until two miles have been reached (and I walked after that till the 4 mins for the walk was up). I found that the stopwatch application on my phone is very handy because it allows me to count each change (run/walk) as a lap so I can keep better track of the timing and speed.</p>
<p>Looking forward to tomorrow&#8230; REST DAY! <img src='http://bleautech.co.cc/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  on a side note before working out (in the morning) I weighed 182.5 and after working out (this is after eating breakfast two) I weighed 185.5.</p>

I took mid-knight (our black-lab) down to the basement and got on the tread mill for 32 mins (3 mins walking; 1 min running). While I was doing this I watched some television show, I think it was called food wars. It was mildly entertaining. On a little side note&#8230; DAMN I did not know it was going to burn that much&#8230; lol was looking forward to the three min walks after each run. xD</p>
<p>So far for breakfast I have had two bags of oatmeal (mom told me I should eat like a king in the morning, a commoner for launch, and a beggar (not the Buddhist type) for dinner&#8230; or something like that xD). Then for launch I had two PB&#038;C (Penat butter and Chocolate) sand watches. Then after my run I had a bowl of chips (that is another thing my mom told me&#8230; instead of eating so much at once, to spread it out about 400 calories per meal/snack). Right now I don&#8217;t know what exactly I will be having for dinner, but I am getting the feeling that it will be a can of spaghettios&#8230; of course all of my meals are followed up with a glass of water. It helps to hold me over until the next time it is to eat. </p>
<p>P.S. I am posting from my moms computer because I needed to print something for my Buddhism class and figured I would make a fast entry&#8230; and this popup about a VAIO Update that is spamming the bottom right hand corner of the screen is starting to piss me off! -_- It will popup then disappear&#8230; then the task bar will auto hide&#8230; and then it will popup again and do this whole thing over and over again&#8230; this is why bloatware is something computer companies should learn IS NOT NEEDED! If I wanted to be infected with popup I would simply install a virus that does it for me&#8230; -_- UGH</p>
<p>P.S.S I guess I should say that I am waighing in at 184.5 LBS. xD Ive noticed that it likes to bounce around 182 to 187&#8230; </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Let me tell you straight out: I am very annoyed with my body and there is not much I can do, because it&#8217;s self inflicted. *sigh*</p>
<p>Went to the doctor this morning and she diagnosed me with Runner&#8217;s AND Jumper&#8217;s knee (<strong>right</strong> one). I knew I have achilles tendonitis in my<strong> left</strong> foot, but the doctor is not sure if I have posterior tibial tendonitis or a stress fracture in my left foot as well; the X-rays didn&#8217;t show anything&#8230;I&#8217;ll be going for my MRI tomorrow and a follow up visit on Monday. (Insert here that I am VERY grateful to have good insurance!)</p>
<p>The doctor did mention that she has no problem with me running as long as my gait doesn&#8217;t change. I am sure that the knee pain will influence how my feet strike, so I&#8217;ll wait until I go back on Monday.</p>
<p>She said the bum knee is more than likely due to the hilly half marathon that I ran 3 weeks ago in Mississippi. Honestly I thought it had gone away until I ran 3 miles on the treadmill yesterday. Yep&#8230;got on the treadmill and ran *rolls eyes* I am glutting for punishment, but the run really wasn&#8217;t bad and the pain in my foot didn&#8217;t cause me to change my gait (or so I think). And the occasional sharp pains under my kneecap didn&#8217;t make me stop either. But they were evident enough to mention to the doctor this morning.</p>
<p>I tell you what though, hearing my body breathe in rhythm with the pounding of my feet is such a great thing and it brings me much joy. I can&#8217;t wait to get back out there! In the mean time, I&#8217;ll be walking like someone who is not sure if her legs or knees will give out. lol</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>So, I have been resting my ankle for the last few, what feels like 10,000, days and I THINK it&#8217;s better. I am able to go up and down the stairs without pain. I have been on the stationary bike and elliptical rider more than I care for over the last week. I did pull out the sport doctor&#8217;s number this morning, Just.In.Case! It&#8217;s like I feel something is there, but then I don&#8217;t (phantom pains?). I don&#8217;t plan on running until tomorrow and then will decide what to do&#8230;gosh I miss running!</p>
<p>We (the hubmeister and I) are currently signed up for the <a title="The Arnold 5K Pump &amp; Run has 10 age / gender divisions. Depending on age, men must bench press 60 to 100 percent of their weight, and women 40 to 70 percent of their weight. 30 seconds is taken off the final 5k run time." href="http://arnoldsportsfestival.com/home/sports-and-events/pump-and-run.html" >Arnold&#8217;s Classic Pump and Run</a>. It will be held in about 5 weeks. Over the course of the last 3 months, we have steadily -with some ups and downs- worked towards our goals. The hubmeister, who over the last 2 years has suffered from adult onset asthma, is working on being able to run 3 miles again without keeling over; he&#8217;s got the pump (bench press) part down. I on the other hand need to work on it. If I am able to maintain my current weight, I will have to bench press 100 lbs. As of today I can do 4 reps but would like to get to 15 (30 is the max allowed).</p>
<p>Today we spoke with someone who has been lifting weights for years and he gave us some tips, form wise and what to lift to get to where we want to go. I am looking forward to our weight lifting workout Thursday to incorporate his suggestions.</p>
<p>Signed up for the RunCbus 10 miler, April 15th.</p>
